Content approvers must be staff and are usually at a director level and is the leadership behind the page(s) of the portion of the website they have been assigned. Content approvers assume ultimate responsibility for the content on the website, including attachments and images.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding how to use the CMS on a basic level
- Reviewing and giving final approval of website content
- Ensuring webpages for which they are responsible are updated at all times
